FFL FINDER
Are you in need of an FFL for your firearms pickup? Find the best FFL providers at buckshotandguns. FFL stands for Federal Firearms License. An FFL holder is needed to accept the transfer of the firearm(s) you are purchasing. You must be able to pass the local or federal background checks for your firearm. You can contact your local FFL holder by phone to discuss the transfer. Some examples of FFL holders are gun shops, gunsmiths, pawnshops, and firing ranges.
Firearm orders will ship to the FFL dealer you specify while checking out.
They will do the background check and then transfer the item over to you. Transfer fees vary, so you may want to shop around to different dealers for the best price.
You will need to verify with the FFL that the item you are buying is legal for you to own and discuss them doing the transfer for you prior to choosing them & placing the order. Please verify your age and residence with them to ensure the legality on the items you are interested in. We do not contact the dealer for you.
We have an extensive list of dealers already on file and you are welcome to choose one, but please make sure that you have spoken with the FFL and agreed that they will handle the transfer for you. These dealers are not associated with our firm nor are we recommending any specific FFL. This is only a list of dealers that we have shipped to in the past.
If you do not locate a dealer on our file simply place your order by choosing the SKIP FFL option & ask the FFL to fax OR email their FFL with Your NAME & Order Number to our office. Email sales@buckshotandguns.com
All orders are sent Signature Required to verify delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure someone will be there to sign for the package. Any returned orders due to lack of signature or other FFL transfer complications will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any firearms that are shipped back because of FFL transfer complications and need to be shipped back out will be subject to 20% restock fees & Return ship charges. If you have a problem with your dealer being open there would be a reprocessing of the shipment and Shipping out to the new dealer. The total for this would be $90.00 so please make sure you have ironed out all the details with your FFL in advance of the order. This is a dealer that you contacted in advance about the transfer and you assigned to our order. We cannot be responsible for any issues that may arise with your dealer.
Once an FFL dealer is assigned to your order it is very hard to change. We may not be able to change if the paperwork has already been processed and ALL change requests must be submitted via email no exceptions.
